Phone Hire loves a new Apple launch and last night Apple finally released iPhone 13. For those who are looking to hire the new iPhone 13, here’s a synopsis of the latest release from Apple.
As with the iPhone 12 range (which Phone Hire has rented out for the last 12 months), there will be 4 different iPhone 13 devices available for iPhone rentals; the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. What can Phone Hire customers expect?
Well once again, Apple has continued to enhance the camera capabilities and functionality on their new iPhones.
Apple claims the iPhone 13 has the best battery life yet, which they would do, but if the iPhone 13 Pro really does last 90 mins longer than the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max lasts 2 ½ hours longer than the iPhone 12 Pro Max then this is significant.
The entire iPhone 13 range comes with Apple’s A15 Bionic chipset along with a new 16-core Neural Engine. They are also 5G-compatible (as were the iPhone 12 handsets).
The new iPhone 13 has a flat-edge design and the iPhone 13 will be a 6.1’ Super Retina XDR display screen.
Analysing the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max phones, there is a new colour to add to the iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max range of Graphite, Gold and Silver. Along with these colours Apple has added a Sierra Blue, which Phone Hire expects to be popular.
Technically, both the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max have a new ground-breaking Super Retina XDR display, which features a 120Hz rate. This essentially means images will appear brighter and smoother under your fingers as you scroll through feeds or social media. Size wise the 13 Pro (6.1’) and the iPhone 13 Pro Max (6.7’) are the same as their iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max counterparts.
For the Phone Hire team the camera functionality is always a crucial element. There is a design change with lenses arranged diagonally as opposed to vertically. There’s a 12MP wide camera as well as a 12MP ultra-wise lens. Apple believe the iPhone 13 Pro / Pro Max will take better photos with improved filming and cinematic experiences, which again will get the thumbs up from Phone Hire’s creative customers.
All iPhone 13 models include a new Photographic Styles camera feature which allows you to add a custom look to your photos as well as creating depth effects and focus transitions. The iPhone 13 phones all include a 12MP f/2.2 selfie camera on the front (as per the iPhone 12).
As for the iPhone 13 Pro / 13 Pro Max, there are three 12MP cameras with new sensors and lenses. There’s a wide camera with an f/1.5 aperture and large 1.9 µm pixels, an ultra-wide snapper with an f/1.8 aperture, and a telephoto camera with an f/2.8 aperture.
Storage-wise it’s good news for those iPhone rentals with Apple abandoning the 64GB storage so the minimum storage will be 128GB. There’s also a whopping 1TB for the iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max users who are in need of mammoth storage!
