Having had an opportunity to receive, test, and use the latest 2023 Samsung phones, our team thought we’d provide a synopsis of the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Series. The new Samsung series includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. So when you hire a Samsung S23 or rent the latest S23 Ultra then what can you expect?
Well as ever Samsung has produced some stunning devices. Let’s break it down:
Storage – the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series is available with 128GB and 256GB, but with the option to expand storage up to a whopping 1TB (via a microSD card), which is more than sufficient.
Many of our customers are initially drawn to a Samsung phone hire because of the camera function capability, so for all your budding professional photographers then you’ll love the new S23 series.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 phones are excellent and they feature a large number of impressive specifications which directly appeal to photographers. Each of the S23 series we hire comes equipped with a triple camera setup, including a 64-megapixel main camera (highly impressive in our opinion) as well as a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, plus a 12-megapixel telephoto camera.

As to be expected, the display on the new S23 smartphones is as amazing as ever. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Series features a 6.2’ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a crystal clear resolution of 2400 x 1080, with a 120Hz refresh rate making the use and feel to be incredibly slick.
The S23 Plus features a larger 6.7’ display and the S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch screen, which makes it one of the largest smartphones to hire on the market. Both the S23 Plus and S23 Ultra have a resolution of 3200 x 1440 and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is clearly Samsung’s flagship smartphone phone and the defining resolution combined with its size makes the S23 Ultra one of the brightest and sharpest phone screens on the market.
Generally speaking, our Phone Hire team can’t really see the need for the S23Plus, not because it’s not a great phone, but if you do want the larger, more powerful device then the S23 Ultra is the one to go for, it’s a superb Samsung phone to hire.
Colour-wise, at Phone Hire we tend to stock the black version, so the Phantom Black S23 Ultra will be popular, but Samsung has also introduced three colors: Cream, Lavender, and Green – all of which look stunning and very slick.
However, some exclusive colors are available on the Samsung website such as Lime, Red, Sky Blue, and Graphite.
Finally, we should mention the battery life. The batteries on the S23 series of phones have also received an upgrade, increasing in size from 3,700mAh to 3,900mAh. That might not sound like a great deal, but every little helps in the battery-stamina stakes and will be well received by our creative clients.
