What methods of payment do you have?

We accept credit and debit cards – MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit. We also accept online bank transfers (BACS).

What methods of card payment can not be accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept AMEX cards

When is my credit/debit card charged?

When you place the order, you can inform us if you wish to pay by card. You can provide card details over the phone and your card details are never left on any paperwork that isn’t shredded.

We use world pay to process the transaction and we are extremely serious in ensuring your data is secure.

We will usually charge the card on the day we receive card payment details. The moment your card is charged you will receive a confirmation email and we will send you a separate receipt of purchase as well.

What currencies do Phone Hire accept?

Great British Pounds Sterling only, please.

For credit cards with other currencies, the amount you pay will be converted into GBP sterling by your card provider.

Is VAT included in the rates?

No all our prices are exclusive of VAT.
